How does an in-house training with Human Matters work?

We always start with conversations with people in your organisation. Based on what we hear, we build targeted cases and exercises that match the daily reality of your team.

How long does a programme take?

A compact programme runs 6 to 8 weeks. A fully rolled-out programme with multiple groups: 3 to 5 months.

What makes a communication training lastingly effective?

Three layers addressed at the same time: skill, structure and sense of safety. Trainings that only work on skill are temporary.

Does connecting communication work in hard or technical sectors?

Yes. Antwerp Police, production companies, Colruyt logistics, construction tradesmen. The method adapts to the language and culture of the organisation.

What's the difference with other training firms?

We never start with a standard programme. Every programme begins with conversations inside the organisation. And we measure: before and after.

What languages do you work in?

We train in NL, FR, EN and DE. For French programmes, Ann-Cécile and Jaquie take the lead.
